How it works
- Browse the John Lewis website to find the products you need, then contact the Business team to place your order. If you're unsure what to choose, the team is on hand to guide you.
- To get started and unlock exclusive savings, email business@johnlewis.co.uk.
- To qualify for discounts, orders must be placed through the John Lewis for Business team, total at least £1,000, and relate to specified rental properties, not for personal use. You may be asked to provide evidence that you’re a landlord, such as a copy of your Selective Licence.
- You’ll be supported by a dedicated account manager who will provide tailored solutions that are competitively priced and professionally managed.
- You’ll receive an invoice for your order, with payment accepted by BACS or CHAPS. For orders under £5,000, card payments can also be taken over the phone. All prices include VAT, and a VAT receipt is available upon request after delivery.

- Orders are handled Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
- They're typically processed within 24 hours of receipt (on working days).
- If items are in stock, a proforma invoice is issued. It’s valid for 2 weeks.
- If unpaid within 2 weeks, it’s cancelled and a new order form is needed.
- Payment accepted via BACS, CHAPS, or credit card (up to £5,000).
- Once paid, items are dispatched via standard delivery.
- Smaller items are delivered by a one-person service.
Orders must be placed through the John Lewis for Business team and must total a minimum of £1,000. Discounts apply to full-price items only and exclude promotional or clearance stock. Made-to-measure curtains, blinds, carpets, flooring, and fitted kitchens are also excluded from this offer. All orders placed through John Lewis Business must be for and delivery to a specified rental properties and orders cannot be placed for personal use. The Business team will reject any order placed that does not meet these requirements.
Queries relating to orders, such as delivery dates, product information or refund requests would need to be made over email or phone to the John Lewis for Business team only.
