LGA provides "cost of living hub" for local authorities to use to better help residents cope with the rise in cost of living

The Local Government Association has designed a best practice hub for local authorities to utilise so that they can better support their residents who are struggling with the cost of living crisis.
The association says that "The rising costs of fuel, food and other essentials are combining with existing disadvantage and vulnerability within our communities to put many households at greater risk of both immediate hardship and reduced opportunity and wellbeing.".
The hub shares best practice via real life case studies and resources covering a number of topics such as fuel and energy, food insecurity and poverty, partnership working and money and debt amongst others.
