The Govt has now made available the white paper on rental reform that it announced on 16th July. The paper gives greater detail and clarity about the announced reforms for both tenants and landlords and, possibly channelling President Franklin Roosevelt, is called a "New Deal for renters" by secretary of state Michael Gove MP whose task it is to see the paper though to actual legislation.
