PRS trade body asked to survey its members by BBC

ARLA Propertymark says that it has been asked by the BBC to survey its members on their views about the state of the private rented sector and the reasons behind the current shortage of private rented housing stock.
Propertymark says that the survey is open to the whole sector and its CEO, Nathan Emerson, is quoted as saying ".... the value the private rented sector brings must not be underestimated. Landlords provide much needed homes and the country cannot afford to lose them. We have an immense opportunity to get some solid evidence in front of decision makers and huge media outlets."
Those wishing to contribute to the survey (which starts with the question "Is the private rented sector under attack?") can access it here.
