Temporary adjusted right to rent check process for private landlords has end date deferred to September 2022
The Home Office has announced that the end date for the temporary adjusted right to rent check process put in place due to the pandemic, originally set for April 2022, has now been deferred until September 30, 2022. Updated guidance for private sector landlords carrying out right to rent checks has been published by the Home Office.
