A landlord in Scunthorpe has been fined for a second time by North Lincolnshire Council. Recently fined £3,607 by the council in relation to 3 other properties, the landlord has now been fined again (after pleading guilty) - this time in the amount of £5259.75 comprising a fine of £3300 for 9 offences at the property plus £1769.75 costs and a £190 victim surcharge.

The offences came to light when North Lincs council officers visited the property following police reports and complaints from neighbours.
